Every product at Krafts by K, LLC is handmade with love and intention right here in Saint Louis, Missouri. We combine traditional crafting techniques with modern tools to create truly one-of-a-kind pieces. From intricate details to bold, vibrant designs, each item is crafted with care to ensure it’s as unique as you are.

What materials do you use?

At Krafts by K, LLC, we prioritize quality, comfort, and inclusivity in every design.

  • Wearable items are made with all bodies in mind. Our earrings are hypoallergenic for sensitive skin, and our charms are lead-free and nickel-free for worry-free wear.

  • T-shirts are made from 100% polyester, offering a lightweight, durable, and vibrant design.

Do you offer customizations/personalization?

Yes! We offer multiple customized products, such as tumblers, tote bags, coffee mugs, stickers, notebooks, and more. Please check out our full collection of customizable items [here]!

If you’d like to personalize an item that is not typically customizable, please fill out our contact form to discuss your request!

Do you take custom design requests?

We’re happy to personalize our items using any design we’ve already created! However, at this time, we do not offer custom artwork creation.

 

If you’d like to tweak one of our existing designs—whether it’s a small adjustment or a personalization—we may be able to accommodate your request! Just fill out our contact form here, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can do.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

At this time, we do not accept orders for out-of-stock items. If a product is unavailable, it typically means we’re experiencing fulfillment issues and aren’t certain when (or if) it will be restocked.

 

We recommend joining our email list or following us on social media to be the first to know when popular items return!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Sezzle, Zip, Amazon Pay, Afterpay, and Google Pay.

Apple Pay and Klarna will be available soon!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes…Well, maybe.

For non-personalized items, you can make changes or cancel your order at any time if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, meaning your order has not been fulfilled.

For personalized items, modifications depend on whether the item has already been created. If production has started, changes to the personalized portion may not be possible, but you may still be able to adjust other details, such as your shipping address.

Shipping addresses can be updated for any order, personalized or not, as long as the shipping confirmation has not been sent. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact page!

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Do you offer bulk orders?

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the U.S. for orders placed on our website. For international orders, please visit our Etsy shop here! We’re happy to ship worldwide through Etsy!

Why do international orders have to be placed through Etsy?

At this time, we process all international orders through our Etsy shop to ensure the best possible shipping rates and a smooth customs process. Etsy provides international shipping support, making it easier to track and manage global orders. 

 

We are actively working on integrating international shipping into the website, so look for updates soon!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Great things take time! Since most of our items are made-to-order, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be carefully crafted and prepared for shipping. We always strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, so you may receive your shipping confirmation sooner!

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays (including Christmas Eve). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup of any kind at this time.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us ASAP using our contact form here! Since most of our items are made to order, we can typically update your shipping address if you reach out quickly.

 

Please Note: If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, your order has likely shipped, and we may not be able to make changes. However, still reach out—we’ll do our best to help!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from info@kraftsbyk.com with your tracking details. You can use this information to track your package every step of the way!

 

If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam folder, and if you still need help, feel free to reach out to us here!

Returns

Personalized Items

Due to the nature of personalization, returns and exchanges are not accepted on personalized items unless they are damaged or inaccurate upon arrival.

If your personalized item arrives damaged or inaccurate, please fill out the contact form [here] and include images. In the rare case of a design issue, such as a noticeable misprint, fading, or alignment error, we will gladly make it right!

 

Non-Personalized Items

Returns on non-personalized items are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery and refunded to the original form of payment. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

For damaged or inaccurate items, Krafts by K will provide a prepaid shipping label. For non-damaged returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

After 30 days, items may be returned for store credit only.

 

Krafts by K reserves the right to deny a return/refund if abuse of the return system is suspected.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the new item costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credit. 

 

For damaged or inaccurate items, Krafts by K will provide a shipping label. For preference-based exchanges (size, style, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Krafts by K reserves the right to decline an exchange if misuse of the exchange policy is suspected.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition.

 

But don’t worry, we’ve got you! We’re happy to replace your damaged item at no cost to you. Just fill out our contact form here and be sure to include clear photos of the damage.

 

Once we receive your form and confirm the issue, our team will prioritize getting a replacement sent your way. Keep an eye on your email for updates or any follow-up questions from us.

Do you accept returns and exchanges on sale items?

There’s a difference between sale items and final sale items, so it’s important to check before placing your order!

✔ Sale items: Yes, we accept returns on items that were discounted at the time of purchase.
❌ Final sale items: No, these items are not eligible for returns.

If you’re unsure whether your item was a final sale item, feel free to reach out to us here, and we’ll be happy to help!

Dishware (Coffee mugs, Tumblers, etc.)

All of our tumblers and coffee mugs are microwave- and dishwasher-safe for easy use and cleaning. However, to keep your design looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend handwashing.

 

While they can safely go in the dishwasher, gentle care will help maintain the vibrancy of the design over time.

Jewelry (Earrings, Keychains, Necklaces, etc.)

To keep your jewelry looking as stunning as the day you got it, we recommend storing it in a place with good airflow to help prevent tarnishing. A jewelry stand, open tray, or anti-tarnish pouch works great!

 

For extra longevity, avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, and lotions, and give your pieces a quick wipe with a soft cloth now and then to keep them shining. Treat them with love, and they’ll keep bringing the sparkle!

Stickers

To keep your sticker looking fresh and vibrant for as long as possible, we recommend handwashing any surfaces it's applied to. However, our stickers are 100% waterproof (not just water-resistant—waterproof!), so they’re safe for water bottles, laptops, cars, and more.

 

They can handle splashes, rain, and even the dishwasher, but for the longest life, gentle handwashing is always best!
